Meet Julie Eber
“At the heart of everything I do is a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves the best possible learning opportunity.”
Whether you're a parent searching for the right fit for your child, navigating conversations with your school or teacher about academic needs, or a school leader looking to grow your team, I'm here to help you think it through to meet your individual needs.
For more than 30 years, I have been deeply embedded in education as a teacher, staff developer, mentor, trainer, professor and instructional coach. I've had the privilege of working with elementary, middle, and college-level students, staff, and faculty in both Colorado and Virginia. At the heart of everything I do is a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves the best possible learning opportunity.
I keep up to date on the public and private schools in the area by touring them, meeting with administration and parent leaders, plus talking with parents in the communities to get their perspectives. Having up to date and accurate information assists me in guiding you to the right place.
My undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies gives me a strong foundation in how typical and neurodiverse children learn, grow and thrive. Every child is wired differently, and I believe our schools and the adults within them have the knowledge and ability to meet their academic, social and emotional needs.
My master’s in Education Administration guides my work with principals and teachers. I bring adult learning theory and cognitive coaching into every partnership, whether I'm serving as a thinking partner, supporting a principal in developing stronger leadership, or coaching teachers to become more effective and confident in their classrooms. I also design and deliver professional development tailored to the specific goals of your school.
My perspective is shaped by more than just professional experience. As a parent, I've walked alongside my two sons through both public and private schools in the Denver area, giving me a true understanding of the community, the options and the very real decisions families face. That combination of educator and parent allows me to coach families with both knowledge and empathy as they navigate the right path for their child.
When I’m not helping families, you can find me hiking, skiing, biking, working on ceramics and spending time with my family and friends enjoying our city and Colorado lifestyle.
